1. There is a bug in the Appointment Scheduling:
If you have entered an appointment with an Appointment Type, then
you cannot edit the time. The work around is as follows:
Press F3 to edit the line
Press the delete key on the Appointment Type
Press the Up Arrow to back up to the time.
Edit the time < Enter >
Enter the the Appointment Type.
2. There is a Patch number 34-3 to be downloaded.
This corrects a problem with the multiples on Tray Fees associated
with injections.

It is necessary to get a patch to Update 35 in order to use Calendar Based
Claim Replication. To get this patch your modem must be turned on and
connected to live telephone wire. Turn off any facsimile machines or
other devices that interfere with modem communications. Then follow
these steps starting from the MOM Main Menu.
F7 Utilities Menu
Go to selection 28 Send Statistics /Download MOM Patch. This
can be done either by:
(a) Typing 28 < ENTER >;
or
(b) Pressing the Right Arrow once and the Down Arrow
eight (8) times and pressing < ENTER >;
or
(c) Pressing the End key and the Up Arrow three (3)
times and pressing < ENTER >.
Press the Down Arrow one (1) time and Press < ENTER >.
Press F3 to proceed.
MOM will dial up our computer and the patch file will be sent to
you electronically. When you have finished you can test it by
entering a claim and then use the calendar to replicate it. It
should show the correct number of units in the replicated claim.
To use Calendar Base Replication, follow these steps.
Enter a claim as you would normally, e.g. a hospital visit.
Put your cursor on the same line as the claim you just entered.
Press F10 Options
Press H
When the calendar appears, mark the other day(s) for the same
claim by pressing the Space Bar when your cursor is
on the correct day.
When done, press F3 and the claims will be generated by MOM.
Go to the most recent item
