Training
Most of our users have never had any formal training beyond a simple (free) phone tutorial at startup. Over the years this has proven to be adequate, especially since users are free to call and ask any questions they like any time they want to.
For users who require it, we can recommend people who provide formal, on-site training anywhere in the province. It would be up to the user to contact the individual and arrange terms with the trainer.
Support
We provide full support for MOM "Support" includes answering any questions you might have related to MOM. We do attempt to assist regarding general computer queries. We also will do what can be done to recover from machine disasters such as hard disk failure. If we suspect hardware difficulties, you may be asked to ship your computer to us. The shipping cost, one way, usually is between $5 - $10. We pay the return fare. The rule of thumb is that we are responsible for the performance of MOM. If problems arise relating to hardware failure, operating system configuration, or interference from other software packages, we can usually help, but these problems are beyond our control and are not covered under the maintenance contract.
Operating Systems
MOM runs under DOS or Windows 95 as a single user application. Super MOM is a multi-user application and we support Unix, Xenix, Linux, Concurrent DOS, Novell Personal Netware, and Microsoft Windows.
