Updates and Licence Renewal Fee


Medical billing software is unusual in that it has to meet the requirements of a third party (MSI) and those requirements change fairly frequently. We keep MOM current with MSI's requirements by issuing Updates whenever the requirements change.

Updates are sent for a period of 12 months from the date on which your MOM system was shipped. Beyond 12 months, you may elect to receive continuing coverage by paying an Licence Renewal fee.

The annual Licence Renewal fee is:

Single-User Systems The annual licence fee is currently $490.
Multi-User Systems The base licence fee for any Multi-User System up to 6 users is $850. Additional workstations added to a base system would be charged at $80 per annum.
For instance, a customer using a full MOM System with 7 users would be charged an annual fee of $850 (base licence fee) + $80 for the additional user for a total of $930 annually.
